How long does it take?
Proofs are shown for every order, within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order, payment and photo. Your completed design will be available for download, usually within a few hours of receiving your approval.
Can I see a proof before placing my order?
Due to the custom nature of each order we do require an order to be placed, photo and payment be submitted before we can schedule our designers to work on your proof. There’s no limit on revisions and if you want to cancel after viewing your proof you’ll receive a full refund.
How do I order thank you cards?
Every Scrapless Press invitation can be modified to accommodate a thank you message. Thank you cards may be ordered at same time as birthday party invitations, or after the party.
To order photo thank you cards, choose the invitation theme you’d like to use. You may enter the wording you’d like in the special instructions area provided, and we’ll create your proof based on your details.
Can you include more than one photo on a design?
Most designs can accommodate multiple photos. The crop and positioning is based on the photos you provide. Additional charges may apply.
Should I crop or color correct my photo before sending it to you?
For best quality we suggest sending us the original un-edited version of your photo. Re-saving and cropping can greatly reduce the quality of digital pictures. It’s best to send the photo exactly as it came off of your camera, and let us crop it for you. Don’t worry… we’ll let you know if there’s a problem with your photo.
Will you remove red-eye or touch up / edit my photo?
As part of our normal production routine, we do remove red-eye, some blemishes and balance color. If you have additional requests, please contact Scrapless Press prior to placing your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. A PayPal account is NOT required however we do use their secure servers to process all payments. If you do not have an account you may proceed through checkout using the credit card link next to the login section.
Do you accept custom orders?
We are not accepting custom orders at this time.
How do I request changes or approve my order?
Once you review your proof, please reply to the e-mail you were sent containing the proofing information. You may list any edits in the e-mail. While we’d be happy to discuss any edits or accept approvals by phone, we must also receive them in writing. You will always receive confirmation of approvals.
Is there a limit to the number of edits I can make to my proof?
We want you to be totally satisfied before you approve your proof for printing. You may make any number of edits at no extra charge. Depending on the current workload and edit requested, revisions can take up to 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If after viewing your proof you decide you’d rather not continue, please reply to the proofing e-mail you received letting us know you prefer to cancel the order. We will issue a full refund.
What if there is a mistake on the order I’ve received?
We have several “checks and balances” along the production route to ensure your cards arrive as ordered. If there is an error, please notify the production department by replying to your proofing e-mail.
