How long does it take?
Most orders are received within 1 week of the order being placed. Here’s the breakdown: Proofs are shown for every order, within approximately 24 hours of receiving your order, payment and photo. Your order will ship within 3 business days after your approval is received. Priority Mail, while not guaranteed, typically takes 2-3 days. We ship from Orange County, CA.
Is Express shipping available?
Yes. Please choose the option for USPS Express Mail in the shopping cart. Express shipping does not affect production time but will guarantee delivery of your order 1 or 2 business days after your order is complete.
Can I see a proof before placing my order?
Due to the custom nature of each order we do require an order to be placed, photo and payment be submitted before we can schedule our designers to work on your proof. There’s no limit on revisions and if you want to cancel after viewing your proof you’ll receive a full refund.
Do you offer an email, printable or downloadable version of your invitations?
Yes. We now offer printable, downloadable or email versions of our invitations. We design it and show you a proof, but instead of printed invitations and envelopes you receive a high resolution JPEG via email and permission to print as many as you like for personal use. Follow the link under the design description to print your own invitations.
How do I order thank you cards?
Every Scrapless Press invitation can be modified to accommodate a thank you message. Thank you cards may be ordered at same time as birthday party invitations, or after the party.
To order photo thank you cards, choose the invitation theme you’d like to use. You may enter the wording you’d like in the special instructions area provided, and we’ll create your proof based on your details.
If you are ordering birthday party invitations and thank you cards together, first add the invitations to your shopping cart. Then press “continue shopping” and enter the details for the thank you cards. You can use the same design code… your wording will tell us it’s a thank you card. It’s a good idea to order a few extra thank you cards for friends and family that were not able to attend but may have sent a gift by mail.
How do I submit my photos?
Our order form will accept one photo to go with your order. If you would like to send more, please see your order confirmation e-mail for a link to our upload section.
Can you include more than one photo on a design?
Yes. We can accommodate multiple photos on any of our designs. The crop and positioning is based on the photos you provide.
Should I crop or color correct my photo before sending it to you?
For best quality we suggest sending us the original un-edited version of your photo. Re-saving and cropping can greatly reduce the quality of digital pictures. It’s best to send the photo exactly as it came off of your camera, and let us crop it for you. Don’t worry… we’ll let you know if there’s a problem with your photo.
Will you remove red-eye or touch up / edit my photo?
As part of our normal production routine, we do remove red-eye, some blemishes and balance color. If you have additional requests, please contact Scrapless Press prior to placing your order.
What’s the minimum order?
We accept orders of 20 or more for all baby announcements, Christmas cards and wedding cards. For invitations, the minimum order is 15. You may note quantity splits in the details section of our order form but for each version of a photo card the minimum must be met.
How do I reorder photo cards from Scrapless Press?
Whether you’re ordering birth announcements, birthday party invitations, save the dates or holiday cards we suggest you order a few extra for those who may have been left off of your list and to save as a keepsake. Also consider sending photo birthday party invitations to family and friends in other states even if you know they won’t attend just so they can see how much your little pirate, princess or fireman has grown.
Of course if you didn’t order enough the first time, you can always place a reorder. Just send us an e-mail with number of additional cards you will need. We’ll send you an invoice and get the extras in the mail to you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. A PayPal account is NOT required however we do use their secure servers to process all payments. If you do not have an account you may proceed through checkout using the credit card link next to the login section.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. Please contact Scrapless Press with as much information about the design you’d like us to create. We’ll discuss it in our daily production meeting and reply via e-mail. We are unable to include copyrighted art in our designs, so no Disney or cartoon characters, etc. For these parties we suggest including photographing your child with his or her favorite character doll or dressed as the character. Please see our Mulan party invitation or our Star Wars party invitation for some examples. These were client supplied photos.
How do I request changes or approve my order?
Once you review your proof, please reply to the e-mail you were sent containing the proofing information. You may list any edits in the e-mail. While we’d be happy to discuss any edits or accept approvals by phone, we must also receive them in writing. You will always receive confirmation of approvals.
Is there a limit to the number of edits I can make to my proof?
We want you to be totally satisfied before you approve your proof for printing. You may make any number of edits at no extra charge. Depending on the current workload and edit requested, revisions can take up to 24 hours.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Please choose either International Priority or International Express mail options in the shopping cart.
Will you send me a sample of your cards?
Absolutely. We’re happy to send samples of our work, and they’re free. Our samples are not design specific, but will give you a good idea of the quality you can expect from Scrapless Press. To get one, simply send us an e-mail with your name and address, along with a note telling us that you’d like a sample. We’ll get one in the mail to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If after viewing your proof you decide you’d rather not continue, please reply to the proofing e-mail you received letting us know you prefer to cancel the order. We will issue a full refund.
What if there is a mistake on the order I’ve received?
We have several “checks and balances” along the production route to ensure your cards arrive as ordered. If there is an error, please notify the production department by replying to your proofing e-mail.
